Resource Mobilization Strategy: Goal:
To secure financial, technical, and material resources that will enable EMYC to implement impactful programs and ensure organizational sustainability.
- Key Areas of Resource Mobilization:
Grant Applications and Funding Proposals: - Identify and apply for grants from international organizations, government bodies, and NGOs focused on youth development, education, and community empowerment.
- Develop compelling proposals that highlight EMYC’s mission, goals, and potential impact.
- Donor Engagement:
Build relationships with potential donors, including philanthropic organizations, wealthy individuals, and diaspora communities. - Organize donor appreciation events and provide regular updates on project progress to encourage continued support.
Community Contributions: - Mobilize local communities by encouraging small financial contributions, in-kind donations, and volunteer support.
- Establish a community fund that allows members to contribute to ongoing and future initiatives.
- Fundraising Events:
Host fundraising dinners, charity bazaars, and sports events to generate funds while engaging the community.
- Use online platforms (crowdfunding) to raise money for specific projects.
- Corporate Sponsorships:
Approach businesses and corporations for sponsorship in exchange for recognition and branding opportunities during EMYC events and programs. - Develop corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships with local companies.
Income-Generating Activities: - Establish income-generating initiatives such as consultancy services, training workshops, and publication sales.

Training Programs
To build strategic alliances with organizations and stakeholders that share EMYC’s vision for youth empowerment, community development, and capacity building.
